Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager based in Livorno to build and manage strategic relationships with restaurant brands across the Italian market. In this role, you will use data-driven insights to lead partner growth, reporting to the Regional Manager as part of our mission to transform the way people shop and eat.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Monitor and analyse partner performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to improve supply quality, financial performance, and consumer value proposition.
- Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials, and loyalty, impacting both absolute and relative metrics like market share.
- Control perimeter P&L by identifying opportunities and risks.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- P&L knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Experience creating long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Horeca, restaurants, or the food market.
- Fluency in English.
Team & Environment
