Sitemate is looking for an Account Manager to own the growth and retention of our SMB customer base. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of ~200 SMB customers, proactively hunting for commercial opportunities that deepen their value and ensure strong renewal outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of ~200 SMB customers.
- Proactively hunt for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure strong renewal outcomes.
- Run structured account reviews.
- Spot workflow gaps and position additional products or plan/user upgrades to deepen customer value.
- Work closely with CSMs, AEs and Product.
- Use Sitemate’s AM frameworks and playbooks to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and the Product team.

- Compensation: AU$98,000-AU$112,000 (incl. Super)
