About the Role

This role is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering upsell opportunities through strategic relationship management and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with established clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer needs and product usage
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges
  • Track and report on customer health metrics and engagement levels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries
  • Guide customers through product adoption and optimization
  • Monitor contract renewals and lead the renewal process
  • Present business reviews to customer stakeholders
  • Coordinate with technical teams to address implementation issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Develop account plans to drive value realization
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives as needed
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends
  • Escalate critical issues following defined protocols
  • Ensure customer feedback is collected and shared
  • Promote customer success through proactive outreach
  • Assist in the development of customer reference programs
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve retention
