About the Role
This role is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering upsell opportunities through strategic relationship management and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with established clients
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer needs and product usage
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges
- Track and report on customer health metrics and engagement levels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries
- Guide customers through product adoption and optimization
- Monitor contract renewals and lead the renewal process
- Present business reviews to customer stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical teams to address implementation issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Develop account plans to drive value realization
- Support onboarding and training initiatives as needed
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends
- Escalate critical issues following defined protocols
- Ensure customer feedback is collected and shared
- Promote customer success through proactive outreach
- Assist in the development of customer reference programs
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve retention
