Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for new and current clients
  • Guarantee smooth campaign implementation and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete essential tasks
  • Stay informed on all billing and compliance regulations
  • Help shape practical and effective customer plans
  • Identify and pursue budget expansion and optimization opportunities aligned with client ROI and revenue growth
  • Use internal tools to guide and prioritize upsell and optimization initiatives for fast execution
  • Improve tactical effectiveness by offering constructive feedback tailored to client objectives
  • Use self-serve platforms and community resources to provide insights to clients without dedicated insights support
  • Guide clients on leveraging the MS Ads platform and its features to meet business targets and manage budgets
  • Promote consistent client interaction with the Microsoft Ads platform to reduce dependency on manual support
  • Apply available data and readiness tools to become a knowledgeable representative of Microsoft Advertising’s value
  • Build and showcase intermediate proficiency in new products and features
  • Proactively manage client escalations by engaging Account Executives and internal partners to resolve issues and revenue obstacles
  • Collaborate with the account team to deliver actionable input on product, tool, and process improvements
  • Lead customer transition processes and maintain high standards in change management execution, including book of business updates
  • Continuously expand expertise in Microsoft Advertising and the search industry landscape
  • Take ownership of personal career advancement and skill development
  • Establish, maintain, and review a personal career development plan
  • Complete mandatory and suggested training programs and apply learnings to role growth and career progression
