Inspiration Commerce Group is hiring an Italian-speaking Account Manager to build and manage B2B partnerships with emerging fashion brands and distributors in Italy. You will own the full relationship lifecycle, blending business development with strategic account management to drive incremental revenue across multiple platforms within our lean, global team.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, engage with, and close new B2B partners in the fashion space.
- Own the relationship with a portfolio of partners, balancing satisfaction with profitable revenue.
- Take a lead role in go-to-market strategy to ensure successful expansion into new markets and categories.
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling and managing B2B accounts in fashion, lifestyle, or apparel.
- Fluent in Italian and comfortable conducting business and negotiating contracts in Italian.
- An ownership mentality: you see what needs to be done and take accountability.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment where processes evolve quickly.
- Fluent in English and comfortable communicating primarily in English with global team members.
