Happy Money is hiring an Account Manager I to drive business efforts toward loyalty, renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region. This high-impact role involves working closely with customers and third-party reseller partners to ensure their success with the Huntress platform.
What You'll Do
- Work with customers as a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase end-user satisfaction and Huntress solution adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations.
- Contribute to team goals around retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
- Develop creative ways to engage with customers.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in direct customer sales leveraging the VAR & channel ecosystem, ideally focused on mid-market and below.
- Strong experience in SaaS, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
- Passionate about working with both customers and partners alike.
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively.

- Compensation: €54,600 base with OTE at €91,000 plus equity.
