Power Digital was looking for an Account Manager, (Healthcare)

Power Digital is seeking an Account Manager to specialize in our healthcare vertical. In this role, you will be the primary strategic point of contact for clients, responsible for driving growth through expert communication, project management, and data-rooted planning. You’ll join a people-first firm on a mission to power the relentless pursuit of growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day client activity that drives growth, including communication, education, and project management for campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze account activity across clients, including volumes, KPIs, incidents, and trends.
  • Understand partner marketing objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative performance strategies.
  • Manage client and agency team expectations and help clear roadblocks to success.
  • Lead client meetings to present program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices.
  • Own the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables, ensuring they are client-ready.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital programs at a marketing agency.
  • Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, with a thorough understanding of related deliverables.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with an understanding of processes and quality assurance.
  • Ability to travel from time to time as required.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
