This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, expanding existing relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and consultative engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing customers
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients
- Negotiate contracts and renewals
- Track and report on account performance metrics
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate technical support when needed
- Stay informed about product updates and enhancements
- Represent customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Align customer goals with company offerings
- Manage customer onboarding processes
- Support marketing initiatives for key accounts
- Participate in customer events and meetings
- Monitor contract expirations and initiate renewals
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends
- Ensure compliance with licensing and agreements
- Work closely with channel partners when applicable
