Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager based in Firenze to oversee restaurant brand relationships in Italy. In this role, you will use data-driven insights to lead partner restaurants' growth, reporting to the Regional Manager while helping fulfill Deliveroo's mission to transform the way people eat by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Monitor and analyze performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and consumer value proposition.
- Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials, and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and market share.
- Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years experience in account management or sales.
- P&L knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Experience creating long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food Market would be a plus.
- Fluency in English would be a plus.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Account Management team, working closely with other internal departments such as marketing, operations, and product, and reporting to the Regional Manager.
