This role is responsible for growing revenue from existing clients by identifying expansion opportunities, deepening relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue revenue growth within current customer accounts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-specific solutions
- Present product enhancements and new offerings to clients
- Track and report on account performance and expansion metrics
- Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a timely manner
- Understand client business objectives to align service offerings
- Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Coordinate with technical teams during onboarding and implementation
- Deliver regular business reviews to key accounts
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

- Advocate for client needs internally
- Drive adoption of additional features and services
- Support the resolution of service delivery issues
- Participate in strategic planning for account growth
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
