Dispel is seeking an entry-level Account Manager to manage and grow relationships within its existing customer base, focusing on revenue expansion and renewals. This customer-facing role will support mid-market and enterprise clients in critical infrastructure, industrial, and highly regulated sectors, with opportunities for career growth into larger strategic accounts.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of existing mid-market and enterprise customers
- Identify and support expansion opportunities within current accounts
- Build relationships across security, IT, OT, and operations teams
- Contribute to structured, repeatable renewal and account management processes
- Support revenue expansion and renewal efforts across named accounts
- Engage in value-based selling to drive customer success
- Participate in structured account planning
What We're Looking For
- Entry level experience (implied by role title and structure)
- Customer-facing experience or aptitude
- Ability to manage and grow customer relationships
- Strong engagement skills with technical and operational teams
- Focus on customer retention and revenue predictability
Nice to Have
