Language Inspired is hiring an Account Manager for Europe to guide our clients through every stage of their journey. In this fully remote role, you will oversee clients’ ecosystems, drive measurable business outcomes, and foster long-term partnership growth by orchestrating internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Build trust and manage relationships at the organizational level, going beyond a single point of contact.
- Identify and navigate decision-makers, budget owners, and key influencers.
- Deeply understand multi-stakeholder needs, objectives, desired outcomes, and priorities.
- Connect solutions directly to clients’ business models and goals with evidence-based proposals.
- Take accountability for the end-to-end client journey, securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Set satisfaction expectations, implement outcome measurement frameworks, and monitor performance health.
- Identify expansion opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Lead cross-sell and upsell conversations through insight-driven engagement.
- Own account planning, forecasting, governance, and strategy execution.
- Address issues proactively, handle complex conversations confidently, and maintain commercial integrity.
- Partner with Business Development, Solutions & Support, and Language Talent teams.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise relationship management, or customer success.
- 3+ years of experience in the localization and language services industry.
- Proven success handling complex, global accounts and growing enterprise revenue portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-based approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and intercultural relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and genuine curiosity about solving business challenges.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages.
- Practical knowledge of language tech platforms, MT, AI, and client LLM tools.
- Experience with regulated industries such as life sciences, health, finance, legal, or e-commerce.
- Experience managing contracts, procurement processes, and tender submissions.
