About the Role

MillerKnoll is seeking an Account Manager - Europe to drive revenue growth for Colebrook Bosson Saunders within the MillerKnoll channel across Europe. In this role, you will develop strategic sales plans, deliver direct support to dealers and internal teams, and nurture key stakeholder relationships to achieve sustainable business expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Visit MillerKnoll sites and engage with relevant teams.
  • Pro-actively visit accounts and utilize their showrooms as a workspace.
  • Ensure client demonstrations of Colebrook Bosson Saunders products to support sales efforts.
  • Arrange product training sessions for stakeholders including inter-company account personnel, Sales Managers, and dealer sales teams.
  • Attend end-user mock-ups and presentations to provide expertise and support.
  • Efficiently fulfill all client requests to maintain service and satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings with dealers or client meetings as required.
  • Collaborate closely with inter-company Sales Managers for each dealer, maintaining understanding of all current dealer projects.
  • Keep dealers and associated showrooms updated on new products, including custom or special client products.
  • Develop and build sales volume and revenue to a sustainable level.
  • Collaborate with the Insights Manager to develop impactful insights messages and dynamic presentations that empower dealers with actionable strategies.
  • Assist with client enquiries, quotations, sample requests, and general administration duties.
  • Maintain CRM database (Salesforce) daily, including completing pipelines, quotations, and sales forecasts.
  • Work with a dedicated Sales Support person for day-to-day admin duties when out of office.
  • Perform general administration duties such as forecasting, pipelines, and creating Market Development Plans presented to the LT.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as required.
