EvenUp is hiring a founding member for our new Account Management team as an Account Manager, Enterprise. In this role, you will act as the CEO of your book of business, building lasting executive partnerships with law firm clients to maximize the value of our AI platform.
What You'll Do
- Own a revenue expansion quota for a seasoned Enterprise book of business.
- Partner with CSMs to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle events: post-onboarding check-ins, business reviews, annual renewals, and during significant business activity.
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities via repeatable outbound prospecting.
- Consult with firm executives and operational leaders to understand their challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions.
- Navigate a solution sales process by building relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders through remote and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution for renewals and cross-sales.
- Take an entrepreneurial approach to your book, using creativity and strategic thinking to build long-term partnerships that fuel both customer success and EvenUp’s growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management); minimum 3 years working directly with customers.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $100k+ ACV new business or cross-sales.
- Experience managing a high-touch, Enterprise customer book of business with a balance of relationship-building and transactional efficiency.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; the ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives, operations teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Passion for technology and impact — excited to help transform the legal industry and expand access to justice.
