About the Role

The role involves owning end-to-end client relationships within the EMEA region, driving adoption, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and strategic discussions
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support
  • Lead regular business reviews with client stakeholders
  • Negotiate contract renewals and amendments
  • Track and report on account performance and engagement levels
  • Coordinate cross-functional support during critical client escalations
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and delivered solutions
  • Drive adoption of new features and services
  • Stay informed about regional market trends and competitive landscape
  • Support sales efforts during renewal cycles
  • Advocate for client needs internally
  • Monitor service-level agreements and deliverables
  • Escalate product or service issues to relevant departments
  • Facilitate training sessions for client teams
  • Contribute to client success strategy development
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple time zones
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and data protection requirements
  • Report on customer satisfaction and net promoter scores
  • Support quarterly forecasting for account revenue
