Lightspeed is hiring an Account Manager for its Golf team in North America. You will manage a portfolio of golf course customers, maximizing their value from the Lightspeed platform by increasing product adoption, growing revenue, and ensuring long-term customer success. This is a highly relationship-driven role that combines consultative selling, customer success, and deep industry expertise.
What You'll Do
- Proactively reach out to customers to drive product usage and identify add-on opportunities.
- Expand customer usage of Lightspeed Golf modules.
- Identify and address churn risks and ensure adoption of new product launches.
- Define success criteria with customers for their software utilization.
- Provide a point of escalation for issues encountered by large customers.
- Execute projects and initiatives to improve customer experience and increase CSAT.
- Identify opportunities for reference accounts and marketing case studies.
- Perform regular reporting on portfolio state and ensure high CSAT/NPS.
- Stay up to date on Lightspeed products, processes, and add-ons.
- Be the voice of the customer and flag product requests.
- Participate in team and region-wide initiatives.
- Provide best practices to customers regarding POS and management.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and improve Customer Success and Account Management processes.
- Conduct scope calls pre-sale to determine customer requirements and setup needs.
- Contribute to the wider team to achieve organizational objectives.

This is a hybrid position. Our offices are located in Montreal, Quebec, and we are also open to candidates who are remote within Canada.
