As an Outside Sales Representative for Briggs Industrial Solutions, you will serve as the face of the company in your territory, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through reliable equipment and responsive service. You will directly contribute to company growth by solving customer problems and delivering timely solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow strong relationships through face-to-face visits, calls, and virtual meetings
- Expand your customer base while meeting sales and profitability goals
- Partner closely with the sales team to share leads and deliver standout service
- Stay sharp on our products, the market, and what customers need—then act on it
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or distribution
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage your time, territory, and priorities with confidence
- Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience is a plus
