Responsibilities

  • Manage, supervise, and ensure successful execution and performance of marketing campaigns for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote trust, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and implementation of marketing strategies including email, SMS, pop-ups, and automated flows for clients.
  • Ensure client expectations and requirements are clearly understood and consistently met.
  • Focus on improving email marketing outcomes for assigned clients through optimization and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with team members to respond quickly and effectively to client inquiries and requests.
  • Work cooperatively with skilled marketing specialists to deliver top-tier campaign quality.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, including leading and attending scheduled meetings.
  • Analyze consumer data to identify demographic patterns and trends, supporting marketing goals and setting weekly performance targets.
  • Provide consistent performance reports on email campaigns, covering revenue metrics, top-performing content, A/B test results, and optimization actions.
  • Coordinate with the Service Department to uphold quality standards and achieve defined KPIs for client accounts.
  • Monitor and reduce client churn by applying retention strategies in coordination with the Service Director.
  • Address and resolve client satisfaction issues and campaign performance concerns arising from internal deliverables.
  • Operate independently and effectively with diverse clients while requiring minimal oversight.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing various tasks as part of the account management unit.
  • Attend regular group calls with fellow account managers for updates and alignment.
  • Engage in training and development sessions to enhance professional skills and service delivery.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and cross-functional departments for smooth rollout of new offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service delivery through ongoing client engagement and relationship development.
  • Use data analysis to design targeted upsell campaigns and present service enhancements persuasively to client segments.
  • Research and share insights on industry best practices with leadership including the Account Managers’ Lead and Service Director.
  • Support internal service needs from other departments as required.
  • Report directly to the Account Managers’ Leads, followed by the Head of Account Managers and the Service Director in the reporting hierarchy.

Compensation

Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD

  • Full-time position requiring adherence to standard office availability hours.
  • Consistent monthly tracking of approximately 140 hours of work.
  • Fixed monthly salary paid in U.S. dollars.
  • Contractor status granted upon signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Exclusivity agreement in place, prohibiting similar work during employment.
  • Commitment to a 30-day notice period after an initial two-month trial phase, which is paid at full rate.
  • Performance evaluations occur every 9 to 12 months, with the first review scheduled between 3 and 6 months.
  • Role and workload will be reassessed between 6 and 12 months after hire.
