ecosio is hiring an Account Manager DACH (Remote) (m/w/d)

About the Role

The Account Manager DACH at ecosio will be responsible for strategically growing and managing a portfolio of existing customers in the DACH region, with a focus on delivering value, achieving revenue targets, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. This is a remote role within a B2B SaaS company specializing in EDI, Web EDI, and e-invoicing solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Driving value for the company by successfully delivering on revenue targets
  • Strategically developing existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling
  • Managing own portfolio of clients to ensure they get the most value out of the solution
  • Listening to customers and communicating their feedback to ensure products and services meet their needs
  • Execution of sales campaigns in close cooperation with marketing & business development

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • German language skills on a native / C2 level
  • Fluent English skills
  • Experience working with a portfolio of existing customers
  • Experience with cross- and up-selling
