The Account Manager DACH at ecosio will be responsible for strategically growing and managing a portfolio of existing customers in the DACH region, with a focus on delivering value, achieving revenue targets, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. This is a remote role within a B2B SaaS company specializing in EDI, Web EDI, and e-invoicing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Driving value for the company by successfully delivering on revenue targets
- Strategically developing existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling
- Managing own portfolio of clients to ensure they get the most value out of the solution
- Listening to customers and communicating their feedback to ensure products and services meet their needs
- Execution of sales campaigns in close cooperation with marketing & business development
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- German language skills on a native / C2 level
- Fluent English skills
- Experience working with a portfolio of existing customers
- Experience with cross- and up-selling
