Pallon is looking for an Account Executive, DACH to generate new business opportunities in East Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals. You will self-source six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and ensure a strong, consistent pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities in East Germany through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls.
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs.
- Manage and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups.
- Run tailored product demos to decision-makers and explain the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding.
- Self-source six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Document all sales activities and interactions in our CRM to optimize tracking and forecasting.
- Adapt quickly to feedback, continuously improve messaging, and stay up to date with industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience running product demos and ROI-based sales presentations.
- Ability to self-source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive outbound efforts proactively.
- Strong adaptability and coachability, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.

- Experience ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries.
