About the Role

JOIN is seeking an Account Executive - DACH region (m/f/d) to spearhead commercial expansion across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities and managing upsell and cross-sell initiatives, while contributing to our market strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis.
  • Present JOIN’s solutions in a compelling, value-driven way in German and English.
  • Own your pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to ensure customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Product to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your market segment.
  • Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and book meetings.
  • Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks.
  • Analyse results and continuously improve your sales performance and acumen.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
  • Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development.
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR tech or the recruitment industry.
  • Additional language skills.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the DACH team, working directly with Sales Leadership and collaborating cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams.
