Alpas is hiring a Senior Account Executive (f/m/d)

About the Role

Join Alpas as a Senior Account Executive (f/m/d) and drive the next phase of our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for closing strategic B2B SaaS deals with top-tier enterprise customers, taking ownership of the sales cycle from start to finish and having a real impact from day one in our fast-growing tech start-up.

What You'll Do

  • Take charge of the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
  • Understand client needs and demonstrate how our solution can transform their procurement.
  • Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients to win strategic deals.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Represent Alpas at industry events to expand our market reach.
  • Use analytics to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of work experience in a start-up environment or a similar fast-paced field (e.g., consulting).
  • A proven track record of successful project management and customer communication.
  • Exposure to top-tier professional environments.
  • An affinity for tech and data science topics.
  • Native-level German and excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain topics.
