What You'll Do
- Sell dental supplementary insurance and private health insurance (PKV).
- Potentially lead and manage an entire sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Genuine experience as a Closer/Sales Partner.
- Discipline, perseverance, and drive.
- Consistent motivation and delivery of results.
Nice to Have
- Existing monthly sales volume of 1,000–3,000 MB (Mitarbeiterbeitrag) in dental supplementary insurance.
- Bringing an entire high-performing team.
