TutorSpace GmbH is looking for a Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) to join our young, dynamic start-up. You will help digitize the tutoring market and shape the future of learning by advising parents, matching students with perfect tutors, and selling a product that positively impacts lives. You will be given significant responsibility from the start and have a direct influence on company development.
What You'll Do
- Advise parents interested in tutoring over the phone and guide them until the first lesson.
- Understand the needs of parents and their children to connect them with the perfect tutor.
- Convince parents of tutoring packages after the initial trial lesson.
- Organize the systematic sales of tutoring products in close exchange with Customer Support.
- Write analyses, reports, and evaluations.
What We're Looking For
- Desire to improve the world through technology and education.
- Native or near-native proficiency in the German language.
- Ability to be an exceptionally quick learner of new topics and content.
- Understanding of human behavior and needs, and enjoyment in helping them with educational solutions.
- Commercial training or a degree in business or communication studies.
- Linguistic confidence, a confident demeanor, and empathy to read your counterpart.
