Kreuzfahrtberater GmbH is looking for a Cruise Consultant (Tourismuskauffrau / Tourismuskaufmann für Kreuzfahrten (m/w/d)) to guide customers through the world of cruising. You will provide competent advice on cruise lines and their products, helping customers plan their ideal journey. This is a permanent role available in full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

What You'll Do

Advise and support prospects and customers interested in cruises.
Create individual travel offers and packages.
Book and manage cruises and associated tourist services.
Maintain customer relationships and build a base of regular customers.
Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners.

What We're Looking For

Enthusiasm for the world of tourism and cruises.
Experience as a Tourism Merchant (m/f/d) in a travel agency or tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, work on board a ship, hotel merchant).
Proficiency in telephone and email consultation.
Ability to stay calm and maintain an overview even in turbulent situations.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality for the customer.
Ability to conduct occasional customer conversations in English.

Nice to Have

Prior knowledge regarding cruise lines and cruise ships.
