HRpeople is looking for a Sales Manager DACH (m/w/d) to grow the DACH region for a European cybersecurity company. You will be an individual contributor responsible for new customer acquisition and account expansion, focusing on critical infrastructure, public sector, and mid-market clients.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers in the KRITIS, public, and mid-market sectors.
- Expand existing accounts and collaborate with distributors and resellers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to C-level closing, including presentations.
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
- Later take over and manage existing customer accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IT/cybersecurity sales or complex IT project sales.
- German language proficiency at C2 level.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
- Independent pipeline generation and proven closing strength at the C-level.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next-Gen Firewalls, Zero Trust, or IAM solutions.
- Existing network to resellers, distributors, or customers in KRITIS/public/mid-market.
- Technical understanding to translate complex security requirements into business value.

Team & Environment
You will be an Individual Contributor with your own sales quota.

- Compensation: 90,000–130,000€ OTE per annum.
