About the Role

Cosmo Beauty Brand House GmbH is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager Italy (m/w/d) to support the commercial development of our brands in the Italian market. You will be responsible for expanding and managing our distribution network, driving sales performance, and ensuring strong brand representation across key retail and online channels.

What You'll Do

  • Support the management and growth of key retail and e-commerce accounts in Italy, contributing to strong commercial results.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retail partners, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Prepare and participate in annual negotiations on pricing, terms, assortment and promotional activities together with the Sales Team.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans for Italian partners and support their implementation across channels.
  • Track KPIs, analyse sales performance and provide insights to guide commercial decisions.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, product, logistics and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution in the Italian market.
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities and assist in market expansion initiatives.
  • Handle sales documentation, offer preparation and account reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Represent CBBH at trade fairs, partner meetings and retailer events in Italy when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics or related product categories.
  • Good understanding of the Italian retail landscape (drugstores, perfumeries, beauty chains, e-commerce platforms).
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with growing confidence in negotiation settings.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with commercial KPIs.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluent Italian and English required.
