Trusted Shops SE (DE) is hiring an Account Manager (f/m/d) DACH - Fixed Term

About the Role

Trusted Shops is looking for an Account Manager (f/m/d) DACH for a fixed-term parental leave replacement until at least November 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively developing a defined portfolio of B2B customers (online shops) from the DACH region, ensuring their success and identifying sales potential.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively manage a defined portfolio of small and medium-sized online shops, adapting expansion strategies to their differences.
  • Recognize customer goals and challenges to strategically position Trusted Shops technologies.
  • Strategically and commercially develop the customer portfolio, acting as a skilled negotiating partner.
  • Maintain close contact with internal interfaces like New Business Sales and Product Management.
  • Collaborate with a Customer Success Manager to maximize customer loyalty and contract extensions.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional experience in proactive customer approach and communication within a B2B context.
  • Proven knowledge of independent account or customer portfolio management.
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Very good analytical skills, sales affinity, and persuasiveness.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of up to a few hundred customers.
  • Affinity to e-commerce.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Team & Environment

You will work within a team structure including internal interfaces like New Business Sales and Product Management, and collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
