Evolve Digital GmbH is looking for a (Junior) CRO & Shop-Konzeption Berater to join our team of over 20 professionals. In this role, you will analyze complex shop structures and derive data-driven measures to increase conversion rates, developing concepts that not only look good but deliver measurable results. You’ll collaborate with CRO, UX, and copywriting experts to uncover weaknesses and create conversion-strong solutions.

What You'll Do

Manage projects, work closely with UX designers and copywriting experts, and independently guide customers through the optimization process.
Analyze online shops and landing pages regarding UX, structure, content, and the overall market environment to derive optimization hypotheses.
Uncover weaknesses in the customer journey and derive clear optimization hypotheses.
Develop unique positioning for our customers that makes them stand out and their shops sales-strong.
Create structured, conversion-strong shop and landing page concepts including checklists and guidelines.
Make our customers' shops and funnels more conversion-strong and profitable through your work.

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical understanding and ability to derive prioritized measures from insights.
Combine conceptual creativity with structured thinking and communicate complex relationships clearly and understandably.
Work independently, self-organized, and prioritize, even with multiple parallel tasks.
Approach challenges proactively, take responsibility, and give clear recommendations.
Communicate precisely, create clear, understandable briefings, and organize tasks so that deadlines are met.

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of e-commerce, UX, positioning, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Basic knowledge in GA4, Shopify, Figma, Hotjar/Clarity, and Google Workspace.
