NRB - Trasys International is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions for a Major EU Institution client. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications using platform capabilities such as tables, forms, lists, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Build and customize Flow Designer flows, legacy workflows, and automation solutions.
- Create and extend Scoped Applications following ServiceNow best practices.
- Analyze the integration of different information systems.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and data sources.
- Configure import sets and transform maps for data ingestion and synchronization.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across integrated systems.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, TA, TD, CMDB, or other enterprise workflows.
- Customize service catalogs, record producers, and fulfillment workflows.
- Customize the user interface using UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Macros, and Service Portal widgets.
- Support Service Portal / Employee Center development and enhancements.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance standards are met.
- Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices, including upgrade-safe development and scoped-app design.
- Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, and platform governance processes.
- Implement role-based access controls (ACLs) and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
- Support release management across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments using update sets or CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and configuration details.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers or administrators.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in IT.
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow developer or Tech lead.
- Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on the ServiceNow platform.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design.
- Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and SASS.
- Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components.
- Experience on ServiceNow HR domain.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF.
