About the Role

S-PRO is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to operate at the intersection of business and people strategy. In this role, you will focus on building robust HR processes, increasing team engagement, and acting as a key change driver across the organization, with direct impact on a department of 100+ people.

What You'll Do

  • Implement the HR strategy for your assigned department.
  • Build and manage Performance Management and KPI/OKR systems.
  • Design talent development programs (PDP/IDP) and succession planning.
  • Launch eNPS and work with engagement analytics to drive improvements.
  • Organize and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Confidently use HRM systems like Zoho People to support all HR processes.
  • Mentor managers in developing critical leadership skills.
  • Conduct HR metrics analytics and create dashboards for business review.
  • Participate in organizational structure changes and team development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in building Employee Lifecycle and Performance Management systems.
  • Deep knowledge of HR analytics, including hands-on experience with eNPS and engagement programs.
  • Confident use of CRM/HRM systems to support and scale HR processes.
  • Strategic thinking with an analytical and structured approach.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • A strong personal position and the ability to defend your decisions.
