ecosio is hiring an Account Manager DACH (Remote) (m/w/d)

Shape lasting client relationships and drive growth in the DACH market from a fully remote setup. As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio, focusing on deepening customer engagement and expanding value through strategic up-selling and cross-selling. Your insights will directly influence how solutions evolve to meet real user needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver consistent revenue growth by maximizing the potential of existing accounts
  • Build trusted advisor relationships through proactive communication and strategic planning
  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand product adoption across customer environments
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development to launch targeted campaigns that resonate with client goals
  • Channel customer feedback to internal teams, helping refine offerings and improve outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly with existing account portfolios
  • Native-level German and strong English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in up-selling and cross-selling within a customer success context
  • Familiarity with EDI, e-invoicing, or ERP solutions is a strong advantage
