As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio, focusing on deepening customer engagement and expanding value through strategic up-selling and cross-selling. What You’ll Do
- Deliver consistent revenue growth by maximizing the potential of existing accounts
- Build trusted advisor relationships through proactive communication and strategic planning
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand product adoption across customer environments
- Collaborate with marketing and business development to launch targeted campaigns that resonate with client goals
- Channel customer feedback to internal teams, helping refine offerings and improve outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly with existing account portfolios
- Native-level German and strong English communication skills
- Hands-on experience in up-selling and cross-selling within a customer success context
- Familiarity with EDI, e-invoicing, or ERP solutions is a strong advantage
