About the Role

dormakaba USA is hiring an Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing existing customers and acquiring new customers in the time recording and access control sector, driving solution sales and funnel management within the West region. What You'll Do

  • Develop existing customers and acquire new customers in the field of time recording and access control.
  • Collaborate actively with team members in the West region.
  • Pursue cross-selling potentials related to the entire product portfolio.
  • Conduct solution sales, including the use of remote selling and social selling.
  • Manage the sales funnel in pursuit of a budget goal.
  • Follow up on leads within the framework of campaigns.
  • Perform active market observation and analysis in the defined target market.
  • Participate in projects as part of agile sales teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Economics, Marketing, or a comparable career path.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Good to very good knowledge in the sale of complex electronic products and solutions in building technology, ideally specifically access solutions.
  • Ability to identify contacts, qualify customer needs, and confidently close opportunities.
  • Team player with strong communication and networking skills with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident and convincing presence at the decision-maker level.
  • Place of residence in the West region.
  • Negotiation-level German and good English skills.
