Responsibilities
- Run platform demos for SDR-sourced and inbound leads and convert them.
- Get the deal signed and quarterback a clean handoff to Customer Success.
- Own the commercial relationship and revenue target for a full book of active accounts.
- Identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts through upsell, expansion, and product adoption.
- Re-engage practices when order volume dips or accounts are at risk.
- Maintain deep, active relationships with practice owners and lead practitioners.
- Leverage clinic relationships to generate referrals into new practices.
- Maintain an accurate view of the full book in HubSpot including pipeline, health, expansion, and revenue trajectory.
- Forecast reliably based on account data.
- Feed field insights back to Sales, Product, and Marketing on commercial dynamics.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of clinical sales or account management experience, ideally selling into independent medical practices, DME suppliers, O&P labs, or adjacent clinical settings.
- Proven ability to run a full commercial cycle from demo through close and own a book of accounts post-signature for growth and expansion.
- Comfort with the commercial dynamics of small clinical businesses: billing workflows, reimbursement structures, practice economics, and decision-making in owner-operated practices.
- Track record of growing revenue within an existing book through upsell, expansion, and referral generation.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of a practice, from front desk to physician owner.
- Highly organized with a real system for managing accounts at multiple lifecycle stages simultaneously.
