What You'll Do
Take ownership of customer success across the Bay of Plenty region by guiding farmers through onboarding, training, and ongoing use of a modern farming platform. You’ll ensure clients achieve measurable results from the technology, helping them meet on-farm goals related to pasture management, reproduction, and operational efficiency.
Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand services, always focusing on delivering value. Build strong, lasting relationships not only with farm owners but also with their teams and families. Lead local discussion groups and act as a trusted advisor within rural communities.
Communicate clearly and promptly, resolving technical or operational issues efficiently. Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, sharing real-world feedback to influence product improvements. Collaborate with product specialists to ensure solutions align with practical farming needs.
Represent the brand with integrity, contributing to a culture of accountability, learning, and mutual support. Support team members and uphold values that prioritize impact, curiosity, and respect.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in account or relationship management, preferably in agriculture
- Direct experience in dairy farming or the agricultural sector
- Proven ability to manage customer success and retention goals
- Solid understanding of farm operations and rural business dynamics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about advancing sustainable, tech-driven farming
