About the Role

AUTO1 Group is hiring a Account Manager B2B to manage and expand our B2B customer relationships. You will be responsible for increasing revenue, developing partnerships for used car sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while analyzing market trends.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key B2B customers, focusing on used car sales.
  • Work with an appealing dealer portfolio consisting of cold and warm leads.
  • Continuously monitor and develop sales structures within B2B Sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor customer performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics and report on them.
  • Act as a problem solver to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Long-standing experience in Telesales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and being an excellent negotiator.
  • Operational work paired with pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ability to competently and confidently support our German-speaking customers.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry.
