About the Role

Caris Life Sciences is hiring an Account Manager based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and growing volume with current customers, driving expansion at existing accounts, and supporting new account acquisition. You will ensure customer expectations are exceeded through every step of the process, from order generation to receipt of the final lab report, supporting Caris’s mission to improve the human condition through innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with customers, Client Service Partners, Molecular Oncology Specialists, and other team members to provide the highest level of support.
  • Regularly call on customers to introduce and promote assigned Caris solutions, including Molecular Intelligence testing and physician consultations.
  • Execute customer retention strategies and interact with clients to build value-based relationships that increase sales.
  • Evaluate customer sites to prepare strategies that improve revenue, costs, and productivity.
  • Present and demonstrate Caris’s technology solutions.
  • Establish frequent communication with your Molecular Oncology Specialist teammate and leadership to exchange client feedback and best practices.
  • Provide customer updates via CRM.
  • Develop knowledge of competitive products, reimbursement issues, and molecular profiling technologies.
  • Maintain open communication with key account personnel and escalate issues promptly.
  • Support physicians with the complexity of ordering and interpreting the CMI platform, which may require access to detailed protected health information.
  • Submit all required reports, including trip reports, expenses, and activity summaries, accurately and on time.
  • Meet all assigned targets and goals set by management.
  • Provide meeting and trade show support as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability under pressure and strong communication skills.
  • General understanding of clinic-based business policies and practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of proprietary software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a complex, matrixed team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven skills in problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and compliant automobile insurance.
  • This role requires you to spend 60% of your time in the field meeting with clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Pharma, Medical Device, or Diagnostics.
  • Oncology experience.

Team & Environment

You will work collaboratively with Molecular Oncology Specialists (MOSs), Regional Business Directors, Client Service Partners, and Commercial Leadership, exchanging feedback and coordinating customer support.

This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA.
