About the Role

The individual in this position will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion. This role requires consistent follow-up, problem resolution, and coordination across internal teams to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing relationships with assigned clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs
  • Identify opportunities for service or product expansion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account inquiries
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure project alignment
  • Monitor account health and satisfaction metrics
  • Prepare and present account status updates
  • Resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Track and report on key performance indicators
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales on renewal timelines
  • Support onboarding for new clients
  • Gather client feedback for product improvement
  • Escalate technical or operational concerns appropriately
  • Ensure contract terms are met and documented
  • Forecast account revenue and growth potential
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions
  • Align client goals with service offerings
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends
  • Support client training and resource adoption
  • Facilitate communication during service disruptions
  • Document client interactions and action items
  • Work with finance on invoicing and billing questions
  • Advocate for client needs internally
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management
