Responsibilities
- Develop plans to locate, assess, and pursue potential clients in strategic markets, emphasizing new customer acquisition
- Expand sales pipeline using outbound methods such as cold calling, professional networking, referrals, and participation in events
- Present full range of services to address client business challenges effectively
- Manage end-to-end sales process from first contact to deal closure, working closely with technical pre-sales teams to design strong proposals
- Engage in high-level discussions and cultivate relationships with C-suite and senior IT executives
- Coordinate with specialized internal teams to assign appropriate technical experts and resources to sales opportunities
- Keep sales forecasts and pipeline records up to date in CRM system on an ongoing basis
- Achieve or surpass gross profit goals on quarterly and annual basis
- Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, partner meetings, and client-facing functions
