Responsibilities

  • Establishes and nurtures client relationships through consistent, proactive engagement using multiple communication platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Addresses client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, including those raised by intermediaries.
  • Applies a consultative methodology to assess client requirements and recommend suitable coverage options, using pricing tools to support bid preparation.
  • Collaborates with commercial and risk underwriting teams to determine pricing and structure of proposals.
  • Relays client feedback, expectations, and requirements internally to align service delivery.
  • Provides clients with essential data and interprets complex information in line with their business needs.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams or intermediaries.
  • Prepares and delivers sales and renewal proposals aimed at securing continued revenue and optimizing profitability.
  • Presents full service offerings to current clients to identify best-fit solutions and implements cross-selling initiatives.
  • Proactively manages renewal cycles and identifies potential risks early to mitigate disruptions.
  • Analyzes portfolio performance to detect vulnerabilities and develops strategies to strengthen client retention.
  • Ensures policies are renewed on time, with accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitors and projects key account performance indicators.
  • Seeks opportunities to expand business within existing client accounts.
  • Coordinates with internal team members assigned to shared accounts to maintain service consistency.
  • Partners with sales colleagues to support outreach to potential new clients.
  • Manages multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines under time constraints.
  • Maintains accurate records of all client-related transactions and interactions.
  • Builds trust by clearly explaining current market dynamics and positioning service value against competitors.
  • Provides management with regular updates, both written and verbal, on client insights, challenges, market trends, and innovation opportunities.
  • Develops and leverages relationships with intermediaries to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates.
