Kforce was looking for an Account Manager

Join Kforce as an Account Manager, where you will focus on developing deep client relationships and delivering strategic solutions through in-person engagement. This role is central to driving sales and becoming a trusted industry expert.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve clients' business needs.
  • Develop and foster genuine in-person relationships with clients, becoming their go-to industry expert.
  • Conduct in-person client visits and gain awareness of customer vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
  • Deliver in-person presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative and engaging approach.
  • Participate in in-person customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events.
  • Develop and foster a professional network, track market trends, and lead effective strategies.
  • Create and lead the execution of sales plans for both existing customers and new business.
  • Partner with organizations to understand their industry's distinct needs.
  • Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of sales-related experience.
  • Experience with client-facing and in-person sales.
  • An undeniable work ethic.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Anticipated pay range between $58,172 and $72,716.
  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped monthly commission.
  • 17 days of PTO for 0-4 years of service (increases with tenure).
