Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales initiatives and deepen relationships with clients
- Take full accountability for regional sales figures and profit margins
- Achieve performance targets through strategic planning, proactive client outreach, and identifying new revenue streams
- Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, confirm satisfaction, and identify expansion potential
- Evaluate market trends, track performance versus forecasts, and deliver precise reporting and projections
- Collaborate with manufacturing, product teams, and sales coordinators to align inventory, assist with technical inquiries, and ensure smooth solution delivery
- Oversee key customer accounts and ensure high-level service
- Partner with internal teams to pursue cross-departmental business opportunities
- Support the creation of new market solutions through product and technical advancements
- Demonstrate safe work behaviors, report safety concerns immediately, and promote quality and compliance through ongoing improvement efforts
