Comscore is hiring an Account Manager

About the Role

Comscore is seeking an Account Manager to develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with our clients. This role acts as an internal advocate for the client, ensuring they gain maximum value from Comscore data, products, and services to drive satisfaction, usage, and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong, productive relationships with clients, ensuring goals and needs are clearly communicated across internal teams.
  • Serve as the client’s day-to-day contact, driving product usage, satisfaction, and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded adoption of Comscore solutions and collaborate with Sales to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Understand each client's business and recommend product or service enhancements to meet evolving needs.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and other teams on initiatives tied to client success and regional/commercial priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4+ years of account management, client success, analytics, or digital media experience (depending on level).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with audience measurement, digital media, advertising, or analytics (helpful but not required for junior levels).

Team & Environment

Part of the Commercial organization.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Mode

This is a local position; candidates in the New York Metro area are highly preferred.
