Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success after sale completion by supporting renewals, account growth, and customer advocacy.
  • Manage implementation initiatives, including scheduling and coordination between internal teams and client representatives.
  • Boost customer involvement through consistent communication, business performance reviews, and monitoring of customer usage patterns.
  • Build trusted relationships by showcasing measurable value, providing strategic insights, and supporting customer objectives.
  • Work with Sales to develop and carry out plans for expanding services within key accounts.
  • Coordinate with Implementation and Product departments to suggest enhancements to the platform and user experience.
  • Represent customer perspectives internally, promoting feedback and advocating for product or process improvements.

Compensation

100-180K USD + Commission + Equity
