Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success after sale completion by supporting renewals, account growth, and customer advocacy.
- Manage implementation initiatives, including scheduling and coordination between internal teams and client representatives.
- Boost customer involvement through consistent communication, business performance reviews, and monitoring of customer usage patterns.
- Build trusted relationships by showcasing measurable value, providing strategic insights, and supporting customer objectives.
- Work with Sales to develop and carry out plans for expanding services within key accounts.
- Coordinate with Implementation and Product departments to suggest enhancements to the platform and user experience.
- Represent customer perspectives internally, promoting feedback and advocating for product or process improvements.
Compensation
100-180K USD + Commission + Equity
