Hire Digital is looking for an Account Manager to bridge the gap between client vision and execution. You will be responsible for linking clients with teams that plan, design, and measure campaigns, translating broad goals into actionable plans.
What You'll Do
- Lead client kickoff sessions and distill vague asks into SMART objectives.
- Write integrated briefs spanning content, media, and creative.
- Build quarterly roadmaps that tie marketing outputs to commercial KPIs.
- Spot data-grounded upsell opportunities.
- Run agile workflows and own budgets, timelines, and scopes.
- Jump in with basic media plan math or copy tweaks when needed.
- Create dashboards in Sheets or Looker Studio and narrate the 'so what' behind the data.
- Unblock teams quickly by fixing tags, rewriting briefs, or calming stakeholders.
- Test and check final versions of everything before client delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of account or project management in an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Hands-on background in at least one craft (media buying, copywriting, analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency with budget spreadsheets, Gantt or Kanban tools, and GA4.
- Polished client-facing English, both verbal and written.
- A demonstrated knack for untangling conflicting requirements and finding clear paths forward.

Benefits & Compensation
