SewerAI Corporation was looking for an Account Manager

SewerAI Corporation is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of municipal, contractor, and engineering customers. You will ensure clients achieve measurable value from our platform, renew successfully, and expand their usage.

What You'll Do

  • Own customer relationships across a book of business spanning SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive renewals by ensuring customers achieve outcomes tied to SewerAI’s platform.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow accounts.
  • Build executive champions by aligning platform capabilities with customer goals.
  • Conduct QBRs and business reviews to reinforce value and uncover new use cases.
  • Manage escalations and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Forecast risk and growth within accounts and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Help build playbooks and processes to scale account management.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role (SaaS or infrastructure strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and account expansion with measurable growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both users and executive sponsors.
  • Strategic thinker able to assess account health and prioritize actions effectively.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments; thrives in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with municipal, contractor, or engineering sectors.
  • Exposure to AI/ML products.
  • Background in infrastructure or field services.

Team & Environment

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

  • Compensation: $100,000 base salary with an OTE of $120,000-$150,000 and equity opportunities.
