About the Role

Medely is looking for an Account Manager to ensure the success, retention, and expansion of our healthcare facility customers. You will act as a trusted partner, guiding customer strategy, running business reviews, and driving renewals for a growing mission-oriented startup modernizing healthcare staffing.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of Medely customers, including post-launch adoption and retention.
  • Run recurring business reviews with customers to measure success and identify gaps.
  • Build a cadence of proactive customer touchpoints to drive engagement.
  • Identify and nurture upsell opportunities within your book of business.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to resolve customer needs and escalate issues effectively.
  • Consistently achieve customer retention and renewal targets.
  • Expand existing accounts through consultative upselling.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to your customer base, helping them achieve operational and staffing goals.
  • Develop a feedback loop with Product and Clinical Ops teams to share customer insights.
  • Play a leadership role in improving Medely’s account management playbook and mentoring new team members.
  • Travel occasionally, both local and overnight, to meet with clients and promote Medely.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of account management experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion within a customer base.
  • Skilled at managing escalations and negotiating positive outcomes for both customers and the business.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical, organized, and highly collaborative—you thrive in cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

  • At least 1 year in a high-growth startup.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace a plus.

This is a remote position. The work location is flexible if approved by Medely.
