HTS Media (Hopper's Advertising and Media division) was looking for an Account Lead - Middle East - Fintech Ancillaries (100% Remote - Qatar)

As an Account Lead in the Fintech Ancillaries division, you will serve as the primary liaison between airline partners and internal teams, guiding the evolution of financial technology solutions tailored to the travel sector. Your role centers on building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their strategic objectives, and translating those into actionable product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong alliances with airline partners across the Middle East, gaining deep insight into their operational dynamics and commercial goals.
  • Product Leadership: Spearhead the design, development, and rollout of new fintech offerings, ensuring they align with partner needs and performance benchmarks.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance existing products, using data and feedback to improve outcomes and increase ancillary revenue potential.
  • Implementation Oversight: Manage end-to-end delivery for client-specific deployments, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Use analytics to track product performance, uncover trends, and guide iterative improvements.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution and a seamless client experience.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor developments in fintech and aviation to identify emerging opportunities and inform forward-looking strategies.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of using data to influence product direction.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Native proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English, enabling clear communication with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with creativity and initiative to explore new avenues in fintech and travel integration.
  • Familiarity with airline business models, revenue streams, or industry operations is highly advantageous.
