As the Account Lead for the Middle East, you will play a central role in advancing fintech solutions with airline partners. You'll shape product direction, manage implementations, and strengthen strategic relationships to drive growth and innovation in ancillary revenue models.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with airlines, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities in the fintech landscape.
- Lead the end-to-end development and rollout of new financial products, aligning internal teams and partner goals to ensure successful delivery.
- Enhance current offerings by analyzing performance data and working directly with partners to refine features and increase value.
- Manage implementation timelines, coordinate stakeholder input, oversee testing phases, and resolve issues to ensure smooth product launches.
- Use analytics to track outcomes, interpret customer feedback, and guide improvements through evidence-based insights.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver cohesive, user-focused experiences.
- Monitor industry trends in fintech and travel to anticipate shifts and uncover new paths for innovation.
