The Account Executive, Western Canada will play a key role in driving sales growth for Dexterra Group’s Remote Workforce Accommodations and Forestry operations across Western Canada. This position is focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting large-scale service solutions in remote and industrial environments.
What You'll Do
- Support the Director of Sales in driving growth for remote camps, modular accommodations, and full-service catering solutions
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across resource, energy, mining, construction, and major capital project sectors
- Assist in building proposals that showcase capabilities in turnkey camp operations, large-scale catering, and lodging solutions
- Research industry activity, project pipelines, competitors, and emerging market trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Maintain accurate and insightful updates in the CRM to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date with relevant insights
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Account Executive with background in sales within commercial support services
- Proven ability to build relationships and uncover business opportunities
- Experience supporting sales in remote or industrial environments
- Ability to prospect and qualify new business in sectors such as energy, mining, construction, and major capital projects
- Experience contributing to proposal development for large-scale service offerings
- Strong research skills to analyze industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM systems with accurate and actionable data
