What You'll Do
Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for a growing fintech solution tailored to multi-day tour operators across the United States. You'll initiate contact with small and mid-sized travel businesses, build trusted relationships, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight real operational value. Your role includes managing a consistent pipeline, logging activities in HubSpot CRM, and guiding prospects from initial interest to signed agreements.
Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer support teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. Share insights gathered from customer conversations with product and marketing teams to help shape future offerings. Meet and exceed monthly targets for outreach, demos, and closed deals through disciplined follow-up and consultative selling.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Confident and effective in outbound phone conversations
- Clear, energetic communication style with a focus on purposeful presentation
- Passion for empowering small business owners to grow
- Proven experience in inside sales using email and phone outreach
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language skills are an asset
- Background in B2B sales, particularly with small and medium businesses
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools
- Experience or strong connections in the travel industry
Benefits
- Base salary of $52,000 USD with uncapped commission; On-Target Earnings of $100,000 in Year 1 and $130,000 in Year 2
